15 And thou shalt speak H1696 unto him, and put H7760 words H1697 in his mouth: H6310 and I will be with thy mouth, H6310 and with his mouth, H6310 and will teach H3384 you what ye shall do. H6213
And I have put H7760 my words H1697 in thy mouth, H6310 and I have covered H3680 thee in the shadow H6738 of mine hand, H3027 that I may plant H5193 the heavens, H8064 and lay the foundations H3245 of the earth, H776 and say H559 unto Zion, H6726 Thou art my people. H5971
And the LORD H3068 met H7136 Balaam, H1109 and put H7760 a word H1697 in his mouth, H6310 and said, H559 Go again H7725 unto Balak, H1111 and say H1696 thus.
I will raise them up H6965 a Prophet H5030 from among H7130 their brethren, H251 like unto thee, and will put H5414 my words H1697 in his mouth; H6310 and he shall speak H1696 unto them all that I shall command H6680 him.
And the LORD H3068 said H559 unto Moses, H4872 See, H7200 I have made H5414 thee a god H430 to Pharaoh: H6547 and Aaron H175 thy brother H251 shall be thy prophet. H5030 Thou shalt speak H1696 all that I command H6680 thee: and Aaron H175 thy brother H251 shall speak H1696 unto Pharaoh, H6547 that he send H7971 the children H1121 of Israel H3478 out of his land. H776
And Balaam H1109 said H559 unto Balak, H1111 Lo, I am come H935 unto thee: have I now any power H3201 at all H3201 to say H1696 any thing? H3972 the word H1697 that God H430 putteth H7760 in my mouth, H6310 that shall I speak. H1696
And come H935 to the king, H4428 and speak H1696 on this manner H1697 unto him. So Joab H3097 put H7760 the words H1697 in her mouth. H6310
As for me, this is my covenant H1285 with them, saith H559 the LORD; H3068 My spirit H7307 that is upon thee, and my words H1697 which I have put H7760 in thy mouth, H6310 shall not depart H4185 out of thy mouth, H6310 nor out of the mouth H6310 of thy seed, H2233 nor out of the mouth H6310 of thy seed's H2233 seed, H2233 saith H559 the LORD, H3068 from henceforth and for H5704 ever. H5769
Then the LORD H3068 put forth H7971 his hand, H3027 and touched H5060 my mouth. H6310 And the LORD H3068 said H559 unto me, Behold, I have put H5414 my words H1697 in thy mouth. H6310
But as for thee, stand H5975 thou here by me, H5978 and I will speak H1696 unto thee all the commandments, H4687 and the statutes, H2706 and the judgments, H4941 which thou shalt teach H3925 them, that they may do H6213 them in the land H776 which I give H5414 them to possess H3423 it.
Teaching G1321 them G846 to observe G5083 all things G3956 whatsoever G3745 I have commanded G1781 you: G5213 and, G2532 lo, G2400 I G1473 am G1510 with G3326 you G5216 alway, G3956 G2250 even unto G2193 the end G4930 of the world. G165 Amen. G281

Commentary on Exodus 4 Matthew Henry Commentary
Chapter 4
This chapter,
Exd 4:1-9
It was a very great honour that Moses was called to when God commissioned him to bring Israel out of Egypt; yet he is with difficulty persuaded to accept the commission, and does it at last with great reluctance, which we should rather impute to a humble diffidence of himself and his own sufficiency than to any unbelieving distrust of God and his word and power. Note, Those whom God designs for preferment he clothes with humility; the most fit for service are the least forward.
Exd 4:10-17
Moses still continues backward to the service for which God had designed him, even to a fault; for now we can no longer impute it to his humility and modesty, but must own that here was too much of cowardice, slothfulness, and unbelief in it. Observe here,
